Our Grand Marimba is an outdoor musical instrument that is popular among schools and playground designers.
This substantial instrument produces a strong, deep, and resonant sound, making it ideal for school playground equipment, music therapy sessions, and creative, inclusive playgrounds.
The notes of the Grand Marimba are made from hardwood and are equipped with individual resonator tubes on the underside. These resonators reflect and project sound back to the player, resulting in increased volume and a brighter sound. With no wires or strings, each note is securely attached to the resonators, allowing for maximum vibration and incredible tones.
To ensure accessibility for everyone, the height, angle, and space beneath the instrument are designed so that wheelchair users can comfortably play.
The stylish contemporary stainless steel frame is suitable for ground or surface installation.
